The AKG C430 Overhead Microphone is part of the AKG drum mic range. Specifically designed for miking cymbals the frequency response of the C430 ensures a crisp sound. Alternatively a pair of AKG C430 s can be used as overhead drum mics. With their compact dimensions these microphones keep a low profile while providing traditional AKG quality. The C430 will easily compliment any selection of drum mics from manufacturers other than Akg with no need to use EQ.
