We aim to despatch all goods within 2-4 working days from the day the order is placed this allows us to offer the lowest carriage fees possible. If the item you have purchased is in stock we will process your order & despatch it right away. Once your order has been processed for despatch you will receive an e-mail which will contain a unique tracking number, you can track your parcel & you will know exactly when to expect your delivery. We use DPD (insured couriers) for all deliveries.
