The Meinl CAJ5EB-M Ebony Bass Pedal Cajon ~ Features Meinls patent Pending curved ergonomic frontplate made from beautiful Ebony. The new shaped frontplate has a slight curve that follows the natural contours of your hand for comfort when you play. This model of Cajon also features Meinls foot pedal which is a unique innovation, the pedal attached to the Cajon controls and adjusts the amount of pressure of the snare wires against the frontplate and due  it's size being larger that the standard Cajon the instrument produces more projection and increased bass frequencies.
