Drag and drop models into the signal flow, pre or post amplifier. The carousel-style gear browser shows the amps and effects. Creating classic tones or imaginative hybrids is incredibly fast and easy. Fully adjustable, each model offers total tweak capability. Also, over a thousand presets are included.

Finally! A straight ahead interface designed for guitarists. The Line 6 Pod Studio GX is an absolute stand out in the jam packed market of audio interfaces designed for the home recordist. Line 6 has included Pod Farm 2.5 with this little gem giving you a monstrous virtual collection of amps, cabs and effects.It is obvious from the get-go that some time has been spent to ensure the safe keeping of tone and feel while recording. I've been plugging a selection of guitars into the Pod Studio GX and have been amazed how well the amps models provided by the Pod Farm software react to the different pick-ups in each guitar. The second very good trick the Pod Studio GX performs is the ability to change your guitar sound after you've laid the track down. Need to change the guitar amps from a little combo to a half stack after recording the vocals? No problem.… and finally! I have saved the best for last. I can not detect even the most faint whiff of latency, none. I ran this interface in front of the major DAWs and I am pleased to say there is no latency to speak of.The simplicity of the Pod Studio GX coupled with the fantastic virtual collection of easy to use amps, cabs and effects of Pod Farm 2.5 make this a good choice someone new to recording or an old pro looking to make recording easier.
