The Washburn D52 SW CE is an all solid wood guitar whose tone will improve with age. It combines a solid spruce top with all solid mahogany back and sides. Mahogany is prized for producing a bright, balanced tone that is darker than maple but brighter than rosewood. The D52SWCE is the venetian cutaway version of the D52SW. It includes the extremely balanced and natural sounding BBand tape mic and preamp, making this an ideal stage acoustic.
