Burns Bison Bass: The original 1961 Bison Bass was a favourite of 60s sessions musicians because of its long scale length and variety of tones. This re-issue 4-string bass guitar features the same 34-inch scale which gives a more robust tone depth, and the Nu-Sonic pickups for a wide tonal range. A distinctive vintage tone not heard on its American counterparts, try the Wild Dog and Split Sound settings.

The image shows the bass with a black scrathplate but these new 2010 models have a white scratchplate with black Nu-Sonic pickups.
